1. Do you offer an option of meals that accommodate people with allergies?

Yes, please provide your dietary restrictions. You can send your request to shelbyarrington@comcast.net
2. Do we/you need to provide the name of our roommate or indicate that you/we will be in a single room?
-
Yes, you will need to provide the name of your roommate. They must pay the $75.00 registration fee. The total room cost with taxes and resort fee is included. $330 a night, double occupancy would be $165.00 for each guest per night.
3. What is the maximum number of people per room?
-
The hotel will allow a maximum of three ladies per room. (2 women are optimum). Each woman should register and provide roommate information. This will allow for proper planning.
4. Does the hotel offer parking options?

Yes, the hotel offers $20 valet and $29 self-parking.
5. What is the cancellation policy for the hotel room?
-
The hotel does offer a cancellation policy. All cancellations should be made by July 15th.
6. Are there any additional fees for the hotel?
-
Yes, it is the resort fee which is included in your cost.
7. What are the hotel check-in/out times?

Check-in time for August 28th, 2026 is 4:00 pm

Check-out time on August 30th, 2026, is 11:00 am.
8. What is the hotel information?

9. What is the attire for this event?

Modest resort wear.
10. When will we receive the itinerary/agenda for this event?

We will send out the itinerary at least two weeks before the event.
11. When is the last day to register and make reservations?

July 15th, 0r First come first serve.
12. Can you transfer registration to someone else?

If you wish to transfer your registration, please email LGarmon@woflovecenter.org for a review of your status. (May take 72 hours for follow-up)
