ABOUT
MISSION / VISION
A diverse people that inspire others through love to Believe God,
Belong to His family, and to Become all He created them to be.
Our Mission is to Love God through our Living And to Live God through our Loving.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe the Holy Bible to be the inspired, inerrant and only infallible, authoritative Word of God. The Old and New Testaments are God’s divinely inspired Word which are profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness (II Tim. 3:16, II Pet. 1:20). The Bible, which can be read and understood by all believers, is our final authority in faith and conduct.
We believe that there is but one God, eternally existent and manifested in the triune Godhead, three persons co-equal in power and purpose--God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (I John 5:7, Matt. 28:19). Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and man. He is the living Lord of the Bible and the living Lord of today. He is the head of the church.
We believe in the local church as the assembly of all those who have received the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior who come for Christian fellowship, the preaching and teaching of the Bible and world evangelization.
We believe the Church, ordained by God and founded by Jesus Christ, is the equipping agency for the saints. It is an arm of God for the express purpose of world evangelization as well as a healing and strengthening auxiliary for the Body of Christ.
We believe the Church provides the moral conscience for society and expresses the clear will of God for all mankind. (Hebrews 10:23-25, Eph. 4:11-13)

OUR CHURCH HISTORY
Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral was founded by Bishop Dale C. Bronner, Sr. as “Word of Faith Family Worship Center” and held its inaugural service on the second Sunday in December of 1991 at 2435 Ben Hill Road in East Point, Georgia. The church building was purchased from Dogwood Hill Baptist Church. In fact, Dogwood Hills Baptist Church shared the worship facility with Word of Faith for the first three years. Dogwood Hills rented the chapel from Word of Faith, while Word of Faith occupied the main sanctuary. The two ministries peacefully shared the church until Dogwood Hills disbanded as a church in 1994.
Word of Faith began with 125 members who joined in the first service (December 1991). There were approximately 350 people in the inaugural service. The ministry began with only a praise team which was led by First Lady Nina Bronner (now Dr. Nina Bronner), but no choir. The choir was formed by Easter of 1992. The church grew rapidly and steadily. By 2000 WOF Worship Center was doing three Sunday morning Services, each Sunday. More than forty different ministries have been added to Word of Faith since its inception. In December of 2003 Word of Faith relocated to 150 Riverside Parkway (a former Sam’s Club building). Then on Easter of 2004 Word of Faith moved across the street to 212 Riverside Parkway into its 4000+ seat Cathedral. However, the original site was never sold and remained under the ownership of Word of Faith.
Word of Faith Love Center began with 80 members who joined in the first service (March 27, 2005). Dr. Reginald Garmon was installed as the Senior Pastor of the new church family. There were approximately 700 people in the inaugural service. For the first three months of the ministry, members of the Cathedral served as choir members, hostess, and ushers. After three months, Word of Faith Love Center was able to carry on the worship service with its own members. On October 29, 2005, word of Faith Love Center had its dedicatory service. Its founder, Bishop Dale C. Bronner, Sr. was the speaker and many special guest and clergy were in attendance. On the following Wednesday, October 26th, the first mid-week Bible study (Loving the Word Bible Study) was held. In the first year, Word of Faith Love Center experienced tremendous growth and was the fastest growing church in East Point. On January 19, 2008 Word of Faith Love Center started the “At the Table” women’s ministry with First Lady (Rev.) Lisa Garmon as its leader. In 2010, Pastor Garmon launched “The Huddle” men’s ministry. The church theme is a, “A place to Believe, Belong and Become!” Today, over 1,500 people have made Word of Faith Love Center their church home.
