Membership Application
Completing this application will start your acclimation as a new member. Upon completion, select the Submit button. You will receive an email to access New Member Orientation. Completing Orientation is a requirement to become an official member of WOFLC. Also, the email will include other information and a Connections Ministry point of contact to address your questions. Congratulations on your decision and welcome!

Completing orientation is required to become a covenant member of the Love Center and to serve in ministry.
