1. Do you offer an option of meals that accommodate people with allergies?

• Yes, please provide your dietary restrictions. You can send your request to rchambers@woflovecenter.org

2. Do we/you need to provide the name of our roommate or indicate that you/we will be in a single room?

• Yes, you will need to provide your roommate's name. They must pay the $75.00 registration fee. The total room cost with taxes and resort fee is included. Approximately $215 a night, double occupancy would be $108 for each guest per night.

 

5. Does the hotel offer parking options?

• Yes, the hotel offers FREE self-parking and $25/day Valet Parking.

 

6. What is the cancellation policy for the hotel room?

• The hotel does offer a cancellation policy. All cancellations should be made by September 1st.

 

7. Are there any additional fees for the hotel?

• Yes, there is a $10 resort fee, which is included in your cost.

 

8. What are the hotel check-in/out times?

• Check-in time for September 18th, 2026 is 4:00 pm

• Check-out time on September 20th, 2026, is 11:00 am.

 

9. What is the hotel information?

10. What is the attire for this event?

• Casual resort wear.

 

11. When will we receive the itinerary/agenda for this event?

• We will send out the itinerary at least two weeks before the event.

12. When is the last day to register and make reservations?

• August 14th, 0r First come first serve. 

 

13. Can you transfer registration to someone else?

• If you wish to transfer your registration, please email pastor@woflovecenter.org for a review of your status. (May take 72 hours for follow-up)

14. Will transportation be provided?

• Yes, transportation will be available via charter buses for an additional fee. Pricing details will be shared soon.

​

15. Can I extend my hotel stay at the group rate?

• Yes, you may extend your stay up to 3 days before and 3 days after the retreat dates at the group rate.
